General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ber33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). Account Registration and Management

Each individual may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Sharing your account details with anyone else is prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal Terms

• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currency are not available on this platform.

Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

All bonuses and promotions available on ber33 have their own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (deposit amount + bonus amount).
• The welcome bonus is available to each member one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless explicitly permitted by the offer.
• If ber33 suspects bonus abuse, ber33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier.
• In any dispute regarding bonuses, the decision of ber33 will be considered final.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

ber33 is a platform committed to fair play. All games are operated in a neutral and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all members:

• The individual terms and conditions of game providers will apply alongside ber33's Terms.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the related transaction may be considered void.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors will be considered void.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion or manipulation by participating in a game from multiple accounts is prohibited.

• ber33 is not liable for games interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical reasons.
• ber33 is not directly liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• ber33's liability for losses caused by cyberattacks or unforeseen technical failures is limited.
• ber33 will not provide any compensation for financial losses arising from gaming.

You agree to indemnify ber33 and its associated officers and partners against any claims or legal actions arising from your use of the platform.
